NOW HIRING! We are currently looking for Crew Lead & Crew Members for weekly lawn maintenance.

Location: North Olmsted, Ohio

Seasonal Full-Time | April 1 – Mid December (Winter Work Potential)

Pay Range: $16–$25/hour (Based on Experience)

Piazza’s Landscaping LLC is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team for the 2026 season. We are looking for both Crew Leads and Crew Members who take pride in quality work and show up ready to work.

Crew Lead

Oversees a small crew, manages daily job execution, ensures quality standards are met, and communicates professionally with clients when needed.

Crew Member

Assists with lawn and landscape maintenance under direction of Crew Lead.

Responsibilities

- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging

- Mulching, planting, and bed maintenance

- Spring and fall cleanups

- Shrub trimming and light pruning

- Operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

- Maintaining clean, professional job sites

- Snow removal (optional winter work opportunities)

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

- Reliable transportation to and from our North Olmsted shop

- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Flexible with hours during peak season

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds

- Landscaping experience preferred (required for Crew Lead)

Compensation & Schedule

- $16–$25/hour depending on experience

- Monday–Friday schedule

- 40 hours per week (seasonal)

- Potential winter work available
